Our Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ramona experience. Here's how our refund policies work:

Membership Plans

  • 10-day free trial.
  • Cancel anytime during the trial and no charge will be made to your card.
  • After trial, standard monthly/annual billing applies. There are no refunds.
  • To cancel your next membership renewal, send an email to support@ramona.care at least 5 days before your next billing cycle begins.

Devices

  • One year warranty for defective devices.
  • Due to the nature of the medical devices used in our service, we are unable to accept returns.
  • All devices will continue to operate after membership cancelation.
